Cancellations & changes

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival — full refund.
  • 7–13 days before arrival — 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show — no refund.

To change dates, contact us as early as possible; we’ll always try to move your stay rather than cancel it, subject to availability.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
